The prices list on the Standard Fee Schedule are billing rates for
services performed at our offices unless indicated otherwise. Time is
billed in quarter hour increments. There is a one-hour minimum for all
on-site service. On-site work runs 25% higher. Travel time from our
office to your office is billable. Travel, lodging and meal expenses
are extra and will be billed separately.
If
you have have a significant amount of work we can discuss volume
discount. One of our representatives would be glad to work up a
contract for you. It can be more cost effective, if you are planning to
have us work with you on a regular basis. We require a non-refundable
deposit to initiate any fixed bid work, which must be prepaid through a
series of installments.
Sites containing an online catalog with ordering capabilities typically
range from $3,000 to $5,000 depending upon the level of customization.
Our System Architectural fees starts at $500. Interactive web sites
with database searches and online purchasing customization can run
significantly higher.
